I have received a message from moderator Merelyn_U , but I can't reply? He/she sent information to me on the 23 Dec, saying to go to MS support and follow info, however I have done all this and was waiting for an answer to this. I have just received another email on the 26 Dec, telling me to do the same, I am very puzzled?

I have tried to reset my windows live password three times. Microsoft confirms the change and it works on my pc with vista but not on my laptop with windows 7

I was unable to sign on to windows mail on my pc or windows live on my laptop. This all started about a week ago after a server problem. I received a password that worked on my pc using vista but it would not open on my laptop using windows 7. I have tried to reset it three time and I get a confirmation email on my pc with vista but I still can not sign on to my laptop with windows 7, it is very frustrating as I am going to be traveling and I need it.

I cant access my Hotmail inbox. I have changed my password under https://account.live.com/password/reset, had a security code emailed to my back up email which I entered successfully, had my phone called with a security code which I entered successfully, and still can't access my Inbox. I can log in but can't access anything.

How do I get the new outlook off and get back to my original hotmail microsoft windows?

       I do not want to change to the new outlook program. I want to keep my original sign in to

      hotmail that I always had?  How do I get this back?
