After login to my Dell Laptop with Wndows 7 Professional, I am getting the following error message:
"There was a problem that caused parts of Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant to be disabled. You might not be able to sign in to Windows Live in some programs. For more information, please go to: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId = 144689."
Going to the link is of not much help.
Could you please let me know how to get rid of this error?
Thank you
This error only started today after having to fiddle a lot with my mail program - Windows live mail -
when I try send a word file as a PDF file I get above error message.
I downloaded and installed exchangemapicdo.exe but this made no difference.
Everything else works fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have a bought a new computer under Windows 7 Professional. The first message had not problem sending. After which all email for sending automatically jumps to Outbox storage. Then when I open the storage box, click to open and trying sending the email error message occurs.

I have windows 7 and windows live mail. I receive email but when I try to send a message, I receive an error message that states, " Message not sent because the server will not recognize your email." I have called the server ( Cox-in N VA) and they went through their checks and referred me to Microsoft. I realize that this is probably a minor problem for most folks but I am at wits end. Thanks for any information.
