I can't attach documents to any email I get the error message dw20.exe
anybody know what to do?
When I try to go online in Live Mail it tells me that there is an error in Calendar, which I NEVER use. Now I just get error message after error message to tell me to see if there is an update available or seek help from you. HELP!!! Now I cannot receive
or send email at all.

I have a problem with my hotmail.com account. I receive mail, but cannot send, i get the error message; "The user name or password for *** Email address is removed for privacy ***@smtp.live.com" is incorrect. I have deleted the account and set it up 4 times and been in contact with my
network provider but they say that the settings i have (smtp.live.com) is the server that hotmail have provided them with. please help.

Hi, I am using Win 8.1, with Live Mail2012. I am able to send and receive emails from Bigpond, POP3.live.com, however I cannot always send and receive emails from my outlook.com account. When I try to sign in it gives me an error 0x8004804E. Could someone
please tell me what this is and how to fix it. I have been trying for three weeks with no result. Also Win 8.1 will not accept my outlook account as my Microsoft account, it keeps giving an error message 0xd0000072. Any help would be appreciated. I can go
into outlook.com and access my account and emails without a problem, it also accepts this as my Microsoft Account. Most confusing.

Hi. Is there any way for my last name to be displayed correctly on my Outlook profile (https://profile.live.com)?
I keep getting the error message "This name contains a word that isn't allowed. Please enter a different name."
I'm assuming it's because the middle partion of my Norwegian surname is considered a (very mild) swear-word when isolated, and therefore on some list of prohibited names..? My surname is actually just the name of my ancestors' old farm in Norway, so it's pretty annoying to not be able to use it...
I've already tried changing/saving the "country" on my account settings (from Norway to USA, Switzerland, Sweden etc), and then attempted to change my name, but with no luck.

Hello,
As of today I am no longer able to send email using Mac Mail. All of the messages remain in my outbox. I did not change any server settings, and it has been working flawlessly for months up to today. Does anyone know if something has changed with the outgoing
server or if it is having problems today? As server I have listed smtp.live.com, authenticating with username and password, and using SSL. The mails simply sit in the outbox and no error message is displayed. Does anyone have any idea how to rectify this situation?
The lack of an error message doesn't help troubleshoot the problem.
