Hello,
My primary live.com account was hacked and when attempting to reset my password, I had a reset password link sent to my secondary email account. When I utilize the link I get an error message that this service is currently down, please try again later. I have seen several with this problem and have not seen a resolution. I have tried for two days and used three different browsers. It is IMPERATIVE that I be able to use this account, so prompt resolution would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using IE9 on Vista laptop.  I start a new message with recipient, subject, and "attachment" or similar in the body.  Then, when I click on INSERT to attach a file, I get a Windows pop-up error saying "Internet Explorer has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."; with a radio button to Close program.

I click the button and Outlook then refreshes back to a blank new message form.

This has happened every time this morning during several attempts, even after a reboot.

I did get an error message at least once stating that Windows Defender had closed the program.  When I looked at my Defender settings, IE was already on the allow list.

cannot download mail from the server suddenly without config anything in the Windows Live Mail or the email account. But the account can be accessed with the web base browser.

Please help!

I am trying to access my learning library at my university and I have never had problems before. Tonight I am getting a certificate not valid error message in all three major browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome). If I turn off Family Safety the error message goes away and I can get full access, but I do not want to turn it off. The URL that gets blocked is http://www.apollolibrary.com/Library/Library.aspx

I also have problems when trying to access my account on Godaddy.com (I host a couple of websites there). I can access the home page, but if I sign into my account I get a jumble of text all over the page and nothing else loads, no images, no tables, etc.

Is there a way I can get these things fixed? The learning library was fine just last week, and now it is messed up.

Thanks,
Sean

Help!

I just discovered this morning after and error message from Outlook that I am now missing emails in my inbox from 9/2009 to 10/2013! I had several emails flagged and those are gone too!  I need them back, help! The change over to Outlook has been tough enough and not this....not happy!

And by the way, a help line, an 800# would be a nice touch. Or even a way to live chat. It has taken me forever to find this option.

Thank you.

Using Chrome on my Macbook, Outlook.com will accept my password, but then i get a screen saying :
Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook at the moment
If you continue to have this problem, please report it to Microsoft.
Then i cant access my inbox/emails.
I can however, access the Settings, Skydrive, People and Calendar.

Using Safari on my Macbook, i get the same error message
My tablet (Google nexus) browser (Chrome) gives me the same error message.

My iPhone email app gives me an error message saying that my username/password is incorrect.
My iPhone safari browser say: Sorry, it looks like there was an error. Please try again.

I have reported the error using the link, but 2 hours later and i still can't get in.
Can anybody suggest a solution please?

When I try to sign in at outlook.com, I immediately get the error message:

Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now
If you continue to have this problem, please report it to Microsoft.

This happens with different browsers (Firefox, Internet Explorer and Chrome) and with any other device (smarthphone, tablet and other PCs).

At this page it's all ok: https://status.live.com/

I think it's an Outlook server issue... I have this problem for 10.00 a.m.!

Please help me, I need to use my email account for study and work!!!
Outlook is rubbish! Why couldn't Microsoft have left things alone - as the saying goes, 'Why fix it when it ain't broke?'. This morning, I can sign in - but that's as far as it goes. No folders displayed - just a message saying 'We can't access Outlook right now. Please try later.'. I wonder how many thousands of complaints Microsoft have had since they made this stupid decision?

I have been trying to set up Live Mail and have been receiving one error message after another.

I am now able to receive messages but  not send them.

The error message I receive is:

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's email address. The sender's email address was '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***'.

Subject 'This a test'
Server Error: 550

Server: 'mail.dohmencapital.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC78

Please help!!

Thanks,
