Hi,
I would like to upgrade my skydrive storage but whenever I click on any storage option, I am getting following error message:
"Sorry, something went wrong"
"Please try again. If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check whether there's a problem with SkyDrive or to report the issue."
Is there any way to solve this issue?
I have already done following steps:
1) Tried from LATEST VERSION OF ALL POPULAR BROWSERS
2) Cleaned ALL BROWSERS HISTORY, TEMP FILES, COOKIES, ETC
3) Tried from DIFFERENT DESKTOPS, LAPTOPS, WINDOWS PHONES, ANDROID PHONES
4) Tried from DIFFERENT PLACES AND NETWORKS
5) Tried from DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF WINDOWS OS
Nothing worked and now I am very frustated user. I have been trying to upgrade my storage plan since last couple of months thinking everytime that Skydrive team is aware of it and it might be fixed by the the next time I try it after couple of days.
But, unfortunately, the issue hasn't been fixed and I can see that many users are still experiencing it.
Is it so hard to fix it? What's the size of Skydrive development team? Don't they have any person to take care of this issue? Is Skydrive team also a reflection of Windows Phone team?
I NEED A FIX SOON BEFORE I THINK ABOUT OTHER ALTERNATE OPTIONS.

Hi,
I'm getting an Error message 0x946002C when I try opening a 24hour long .AVI file. (4.92GB). I can open it with Window Media Player and have noticed that I can also open files that are under or around 20hours long. (Dunno the file size though). Everything
is up to date, it's a brand new computer with window 8.
Is there some kind of limit to what movie maker can open? If so, how can you bypass it?
when I click on a wed site to contact via there link, Window Live mail 2011 will not open. Get error message. An error has occurred retry

My wife got a new computer and tried to sign up for a microsoft account. apparently she made some mistake on the signing up form and after 3 attempts the error 450 message popped up. she waited for 24 hours and tried again, but now on first attempt the
error message popped up again. its been 5 days now and the error message still pops up. the error code is 0x800482d4. please assist.

I downloaded a video off my iPad and converted it to a windows movie maker and when I try to save to a dvd it does not recognize the file type. I keep getting error message ox800488fa. Any suggestions on what could be wrong.
Hi - can anyone help with the following:
- When opening my browser I get the error message - Your profile could not be opened correctly
- I then click OK 2 times the error message then clears and I can browse
- This only started to happen yesterday
- I've also noticed that my outlook user name has to be input each time whereas normally it is defaulted
- I have tried using Google Chrome as my browser instead of Fire Fox but the error message still displays when opening my browser

have been using windows live mail for over a year. it just stopped last night. now it states working offline and won't let me check the online box. the error message says that the calendar update failed but i did nothing with it. i did the uninstall windows
essentials and clicked on the repair all windows programs and restarted the computer...didn't work. HELP!!
