Error 5102 And About To Rip Out My Hair

So I keep getting the error message. My mail on my desktop hasn't been working right for awhile but now its not working at all. I looked for help and did what they said when other people asked for help but its still not working.

This is the message I get when trying to send, receive, veiw AND delete mail:

This error message is showing up again?  What is it pointing at and what do I need to do to clear the error message and get my mail?

 

  Maybe Windows Live Mail does not like Windows 8?  I do not have this problem with my Windows 7 PC.

I am getting the following error message when trying to get my email account set up on Windows Live Mail - does anyone know if I can resolve this? My laptop is brand new so it doesnt have a huge amount on it, so Id be suprised if there is not enough memory,

I could only access an old version of a Word doc from SkyDrive. I retrieved the latest version on the website. The error message that I got: UPLOAD FAILED We're sorry, someone updated the server copy and it's not possible to upload your changes now.
