I cannot reply or send new emails on my live hotmail account. The error message reads 'This content cannot be displayed in a frame. To help protect the security of information you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame'.

 It then suggests I open the contant in a new window. I am not having problems when emailing on any otehr devices...help please!

When I try to sign in to outlook.com, I get the following error message: "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now" (Google Chrome 27, Firefox 23 and Internet Explorer 10). According to https://status.live.com/, all services are "Running normally". My OS is Windows 8 Pro x86. 

I've tried the following:
  • Singing in using different browsers (all browsers are the latest versions)
  • Clearing the browser cache
  • Disabling antivirus software
  • Rebooting my PC
  • Signing in on a different PC
  • Resetting my MS account password
None of that worked. I can sign in with another MS account, so it's not my browser or something else on my PC that's causing problems. Other services like Skydrive and Calendar work fine.

I've no idea why i can not access my emails ... I hope you can help me.

I am trying to set up a customer email address using the domain temptationcakes.co.nz and outlook. I keep receiving the error message "Your service is Suspended. Please make the required DNS changes.". I have confirmed through a third party site that the MX record is correct.


Also under "Mail setup (required)", there is a button that says "More Information" which goes to a page with the message "The help topic you are looking for isn't available".

My daughter and son both are receiving the following error message when attempting to log into their email accounts on outlook.com.

 

Your account is not ready
It looks like your parent hasn't finished setting up the Family Safety settings for your account. Click "Go to Family Safety settings" to finish the process and get into your account.
 
Earlier this year they used to be able to log in to outlook.com/hotmail.com through the web with no problems. They each have 2 email address and all of them give this error. They each have 1 for outlook.com and 1 for Hotmail.com.
 
Although they cannot log into to outlook.com through the web, they can receive their emails on their android and ios devices.
 
The email addresses pre-date my usage of Windows Live Family Safety (we are on Windows 7) so the Hotmail.com addresses were originally setup as child accounts to my Hotmail account.
 
In Family Safety my Hotmail account is the primary and I have tried setting my kids up as 'kids' and as 'parents' in the 'family' and installing Family Safety on a fresh machine that did not have it until now with no changes in the error message.

I get an error message 800704dc when I sync from onenotes to SkyDrive. The document on SkyDrive has the edits but when I try to look at them from another device the edits are not there. Customer service from Microsoft does not seem to be able to identify the problem as they have referred me to this medium in search of a solution.

Recently acquired a laptop and everything seemed to sync well with SkyDrive and my desktop PC except that Word doc files will not open. Error message _______ .doc is locked by another user. Selecting "open in read only" brings up another error message.

 

All other types of files and local produced doc files seem to work fine. I can access and open files on SkyDrive.com with both computers. docx files do not seem to be affected.

 

Windows 8 and MS Word 2010 used on both computers. Have checked sharing, permissions, etc.

 

Using network I can open files.
