I was regularly receiving emails from a sender with no problems until December 2013. The emails are not in my junk folder and the sender insists that they are sending the emails. I have responded to the questions from other post below. I appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

• Does issue persists when using a different internet browser?  Yes
• Does it also persist when using a different computer? Yes
• Is there any error message? If so, please provide the complete and exact error message.  No error message
• What were the actions you have taken prior to this issue? Check spam and verify sender is on safe list.

I can receive messages fine but when I try to send or reply the screen goes hazy and then I get an error message that Windows Mail has encountered a problem and is closing down. A solution is sought by Windows but then it closes and re-opens.

This has just happened to me in the last 24 hours. How can I fix it please ?

I have used Window Gallery in the past. Now when I try to import pictures from SD card, I get error message "The following error occurred while importing DSC0038.JPG: The system cannot find the path specified" If I remember right, this started after I backed up all my photos on external drive. Any idea what is going on. It is happening on desktop and laptop computers.

Hi - Have problem with error msg 0x800CCC90 using WLM in a Windows 7 environment. I also use the same user id with same parameters in  Windows Vista and 8.1 pcs but do not have the error. Have deleted the account at least twice, have tolerated the problem for months and have searched for solution but alas no luck.

Below is the error message I receive:. Many thanks for all forthcoming support.

"Unable to send or receive messages for the J Lahiff account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

Server Error: 0x800CCC90
Server Response: -ERR [AUTH] Authentication failed.
Server: 'mail.jlahiff.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC92
Protocol: POP3
Port: 110
Secure(SSL): No

Windows Live Mail opens, but 'Authorizing' message remains.  If I click Send/Receive button I am prompted to enter user name and P/W.  User name is visible and P/W is series of dots.  Remember P/W box is ticked.  I I try ok, the prompt keeps reappearing, if I try cancel I see error message: Server Error 0x800CCC90, WLM Error ID 0x800CCC92.  Incorrect user name and P/W.  This problem started suddenly about two days ago.  I have tried changing my Microsoft Account P/W but that did not help.  I am not very computer literate and am now totally confused.  Any help appreciated.

I recently sent a message to several email addresses under BCC.  Now I am getting an error message telling me the message could not be delivered and mentioned one of the email addresses.  The error message won't go away.  Also................did the email message go to the other email addresses listed????

My WLM 2012 stopped working. I got an error message at first (0x8007000E). Then I uninstalled WE 2012 and reinstalled it. My email still does not work. Upon further investigation fix it said I have a compatibility problem. Any ideas?

Stephan

I am running the latest version of Mac OS (10.9.2) and Office 2011 for Mac with the latest Outlook-version (14.3.9).  Approximately every third time that I start Outlook I receive a message that I need to do an identity upgrade (in Swedish "Konfigurerar Identitet..."). This takes approximately 10 - 15 minutes before i can use Outlook again.

Any idea on how I can fix this permanently? Thanks and best regards
