I regulary get the following error box appearing on my screen: -

"WINDOWS LIVE COMMUNICATION PLATFORM HAS STOPPED WORKING - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

Many weeks have gone by but no solution has been offered by windows. Yjos causes problems that I jabe to use IE to log into my hotmail account. I am using Windows 7 Pro 64bit.

I have already updated the program and I am using the latest version of Messenger. I have run virus check not only Norton but Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

Can any member of the forum please help?

I sent an email to my sister and now it is being sent every hour.  How can I stop this?  Other emails sent recently seem fine.

In Outlook my Junk e-mail folder indicates it contains one junk email when in fact there are none.
How do I correct this error?

I use Chrome to log in to my account. I try to open an email and (can not open emails)  the only thing that happens is that this message pops up.~  Hotmail was not able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report.

I use Firefox to log in to my account. I can open any email with no problems and no error messages.

We have two hotmail accounts on the same computer mine is .com my sons is .co.uk my account is fine but my sons is reporting an error mesage         

Server Error 0x80048862. How do I fix this .Any help andI would be very grateful

I am receiving an error message after I close Live mail indicating that emails are being delivered when there are no messages being sent.  How do I correct this error.

When trying to send a group email that I typically send each week without problems, I get the following error message. 

 5.1.3 <@ >... List:; syntax illegal for recipient addresses

We have been having trouble with our webmail account via AT&T but thought everything was settled.


My hotmail/outlook email has font size set at 10 and every time I type an email I have to raise the font size but if I make an error and have to backspace the font immediately changes back to 10.  I have tried for over a year to find a way to permanently set the font size to a more legible size but have not found anything on the net that works.  Can Microsoft explain in a simple way how I can address this issue with a PERMANENT change or is Microsoft resigning all users of this email to be young or have reading glasses on at all times?
Outlook 2011 Mac OS X Snow Leopard - Outlook keeps giving me this message - Microsoft Outlook must be closed because an error occurred. Any unsaved work may be lost. Please can somebody tell me what I can do? In the simplest terms possible please - I am not a Mac whizz kid :-/
