Hi,

Mu Outlook 2011 shared calendars are not showing. I can use the "open other user's folder" without any error. But on the calendar view, it should appear a Shared Calendars option.
It seems to be a display error because after adding the remote user's folder(in which I've full permissions) I can do a send email from is account.
Any ideas? On OWA or PC works fine.

Regards
SP
I have office for mac 2011. I use outlook for all email situations and have thousands of emails categorized in hundreds of folders.

Never had a problem with my PC, but my mac outlook now won't allow me to delete deleted items and the file has been growing. When I attempted to delete emails from the deleted items folder, outlook told me I had to rebuild the database, which I did.

I no longer get those error messages but no matter how I attempt to delete emails - I can't do it. I have tried individually using the delete box. I have attempted to select all and delete - all to no avail - what can I do?

Additionally, sometmes outlook shows a numerical number on the left next to inbox but inbox has no emails to view - I am forced to close outlook and reopen it to get to those new emails
My Mac users when sending mail are reporting that sometimes after selecting "send" an HTTP Error pops up, the email gets placed in the drafts folder. If they open it in the drafts folder and resend it will go - my below log shows "The server cannot service this request right now. Try again later"

What can I do to resolve this?  It had all been working nicely unsure what changed.

A user was having issues with Outlook, so I upgraded his Office with the latest updates and created a new identity for him.  After about a day, his Outlook started crashing with the following error:

If he launches Outlook and waits 5-10 minutes, it will crash.  On a different MacBook, I created a new identity and setup Outlook to access the same user's mailbox.  After waiting some time, the same error began taking place.  While it doesn't usually happen that quickly.  It does seem to happen within an hour of launching Outlook.  Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

When I try to open Messenger Live I get an error that the side by side configuration is incorrect. Is there a easy fix for this error? I have been trying to resolve this for three days. Please someone help.
