When I try to email a document through Office Word or respond to a Craig List posting, I get the error message "Live Mail could not be started properly.  It may not be installed properly".  My Hotmail account works perfectly.  What can I do to correct this.

When I attempt to send an attachment with an email.  I can't send it.  I get the message: Server'smtp.att.yahoo.com....windows live mail error id:0x8ccc0003...protocol:SMTP....port 465

any suggestions on how i can fix this?

I'm getting this message:

Your call wasn't connected. Please try again or leave a video message. (Error: 0x8ac70013)

Also, when invited to Receive a call, I do not get the invitation. (?)

Currently installed Windows Live Messenger Version 2011  (15.4.3555.308)

My camera is working fine (if I want to create a video message)

Is there an easy fix?

Thanks!

When I log in to messenger on my computer, and put my status to available, all of my contacts appear to be offline and they can't see me. I've tried to appear online to individuals and sending messages and get an error. I am able to communicate with them using apps on my phone. I've tried reinstalling messenger and it still won't work.
what does this mean - 8e5e0519 as an error stopping messenger from opening?
I have Outlook 2011 set up as my primary e-mail on my MacPro desktop. I recently set it up  on my laptop for traveling. The laptop account will receive mail but it won't send mail. It displays a variety of error messages like "relay not permitted".

I have tried changing the settings for the outgoing server, but nothing seems to work.

I would appreciate any advice
after deleting Microsofts request to download Windows Live Essentials for weeks, I gave in today, and now I have no more e-mail, because it is unable to download. Amessage tells me to close all firewalls which I did , but still it is unable to download the program. Now what???
When I open up Messenger it alerts me to email from my hotmail account. When I click on the alert, which used to take me right to my hotmail, now it does nothing, not even an error message comes up, it just does not respond. The only thing I did after installing Windows LIve Essentials was I deleted Google Chrome. I only installed Windows Messenger, nothing else. Thanks for any help.

Can't open Messenger & I get the message side-by-side configuration error.....this happed after I was forced to upgrade Messenger and also after a new install of of normal antivirus program.....I have Vista it it worked fine with the older Messnger..any help in simple steps greatly appreciated.

100% operator error, I know. I was busy, in a rush, and had 40 or so reminders in the Reminders windows.

In a rush, I mistakenly clicked "Dismiss All" when I wanted to dismiss a single entry.

Most of the 40 were items I could dismiss, but about a dozen were not. The ones I needed to keep were events that came due far in the past, but that I kept hitting snooze on, as a way to remember them.

How does one find these "recently dismissed" events in the List view of the Calendar? I looked for a Modified column but found no such thing.

Can I instead find them on the hard drive? On TimeMachine?

Any tips or ideas would be appreciated.
