My Hotmail log-in was working well until 2 days ago.  When I tried to open the Hotmail log-in page to read my email, there's is the error message that reads: "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".  I didn't do anything to my PC.  When I use other PC to access my Hotmail, it was working normally.  May I know the reason why it had happened and how should I go about it in getting the problem resolved?

I took my Dell computer to a local shop to have some work done. They called me and asked for the reinstallation disk to reload windows so of course I lost WLM. The computer a 64 bit os.I am running Windows 7 Home Premium. Themorning I took the computer in WLM worked fine.I have tried several of the suggestions found on microsoftanswers.com with no luck. The first one was to right click WLM icon and run as administrator. Then go to control panel and choose user accounts. Next it says to click on change user account and control settings. On my computer I don't have a change user account and control settings to click on. The other suggestions I had no idea how to do.Please help!!!
this is the message for the error, I have sent it several times to MSM, but no answer...

so hen I open my windows mail, it goes not responding, sometimes page blanks out, then it will come back, but when looking at mail, often goes back to not responding. Takes ages for me to get through my mail, often give up,should I re install windowslive mail?.

I have a new MacBook Pro (Retina) and am combining multiple computers onto it.  I have an account/partition for Home and another for Work, but want to share the same Outlook on both (including personal folders).  I can open it on the partition on which I installed the program, but get an error on the other partition that says "This identity cannot be open with this version of Outlook."

Not sure if the problem is the move from my old MacBook Air (where I was using the SAME version of Outlook), or the fact that it is installed on a different partition.  I have tried rebuilding the database and deleting Outlook-related files from my preferences, but still haven't figured it out.

Dear all,
I was wondering if anyone could help - after a recent upgrade on Outlook for Mac (2010) I stopped receiving emails to it. The account itself (set on 123-reg.co.uk) works fine as I still receive emails to my iphone. At the same time Outlook for Mac is able to send emails, but not to receive them. It seems that there's something wrong with the Inbox settings as every time it tries to connect to the server, it displays this error message Error: Mailbox already exists: INBOX/INBOX 1
I took my Mac to Apple today and they were unable to help me suggesting I contact Microsoft as the affected software is your product.
I'd appreciate if you could help me with this problem.
Many thanks,
Dmitry
Even though I have 2 active email accounts in Outlook for Mac and they both receive and send mail, I still get this little pop out window telling me I have this error code 3170.  What did I do wrong if I am still getting my mail?
Outlook 2011 has crashed again on my MacBook Pro and I cannot rebuild the data base nor recover my files. My email account is no longer available, nor can I open a new account as the error reads that user name or password is incorrect. The Microsoft tech said he could not help and my support ends in 50 days.
