Just logged in to find all my emails deleted - everything bar the ones sent to me today.
This was not my action and I want my old emails back. I require one of them quite urgently and many are of great sentimentality.

I just installed and activated Office:mac 2011 Home and Student which DOES NOT include Entourage/Outlook. How can I use my previous version of Outlook/Entourage 2004? It still works but now won't let me retrieve my mail. The message I get is that the Authentication
Failed. Everything was working fine before I installed the new Office software.
how does one determine if this ongoing hotmail problem I keep having is not caused by my computer itself?
everything else seems to work. could I have been hacked?
On Thursday our password was changed. Can access everything but hotmail. Can someone please help me. Thanks!

When I can get into email, screen is not the same. Everything on left is in blue. Shows that I have emails, but won't let me open. Sometimes I can get in and everything looks OK, but won't let me open the emails. Sometimes I can open, but it won't
let me reply. When I hit reply, screen is all messed up.
the format for my Hotmail has changed. everything is to the left side and the old format is not there. i cannot open any emails or send. it looks like the mobile site format and i'm on my home computer and i would like to know how i am able to fix
this, as i need to check my emails for work. thank you. Ditto from user who has two hotmail accounts with exactly the same problems. logging in from multiple computer sites does not alter problem. This is day three of the outage.
After Log-In, my Inbox page comes up all jumbled and distorted to viewing.
I recently added a second account to my Outlook, which is an IMAP account. The first one is an Exchange account. After I did this, all my sounds disappeared from Outlook. The Mac sound works fine with everything else. I went into Notifications and
Sounds in the preference settings and all looked fine there. In fact, when I pressed the "play arrow" next to the sound in preferences, it would not play. I also noticed some other quirkyness with Signatures. Any troubleshooting suggestions?
