I am using Outlook 2011 on a Mac. I have set up a rule to move my exchange Inbox to my desktop, but it is not enough to keep my exchange account from becoming full. I want to move all of the folder information to my desktop to archive and save for future
reference.
I'm using MS Office 2011 for Mac. I understand .PST files are no longer supported. So how can i export mail out of my Exchange mail account (information store) and store them on a local disk only?
It is saving my Gmail account items onto my business exchange server which is putting me over their limit..this just started when i downloaed Lion. Am I missing a step or should I reset the account loaded onto Outlook to correct the issue? Any help is
