Outlook 2011 no sincroniza Buzon compartido

Estimados:

          Trabajo para una editorial en la cual utilizamos Office 365 con Exchange Online y con Mac que utilizan Office 2011.

La situación es que en tenemos buzones compartidos, los cuales aparecen sin problemas en usuarios de Outlook 2010 y Outlook 2013 en PC pero no aparecen en Outlook 2011.

Alguien tiene reportado el mismo problema?

Algun integrante de Microsoft me puede ayudar?

Agradezco la ayuda por adelantado y estoy a disposicion.

Email Addresses Cluttering Up Exchange Contacts List

I am using Outlook for Mac 2011 with an Exchange Online account hosted through Office 365. Every time I send an email to anyone through Outlook for Mac 2011, their email address is automatically added to my Exchange Contacts list, cluttering up my Exchange Contacts list with a bunch of random email addresses I don't want in there.

Is there anyway to turn this feature off? 

This is also happening for emails I send through OWA in a web browser or the OWA apps for iPhone and iPad.

I'm having issues joining the Office 365 Community, but working to get my account going there so I can post over there as well.

Can I use Exchange Online with Outlook for Mac 2011 for receiving and sending personal email?

My wife and I are using Outlook for Mac 2011 for personal email and our internet provider accounts are POP ones via Yahoo.  I would like to set up an Exchange Server to house both accounts but the expense of doing so is prohibitive.  Can we use Exchange Online as an alternative or is that for businesses only?

We are using Office 365 and have Outlook.com accounts.  If Exchange Online cannot be used, is there a way to configure Outlook for Mac 2011 to use Outlook.com as a server-type facility?
