PDF attachment and security settings.

I have Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail.  My mother has Windows Vista and Windows Mail.  She scanned a document and saved it as a pdf.  She tried to send it to me as an attachment to an e-mail.  The attachment arrived, Expert PDF Reader opened it, but it was blank.  I tried to research why it was blank and informed that my security settings kept some attachments from opening as a security measure.  Where do I find my security settings and what do I do to open my mother's attachment?  Is there anything else I need to know about this issue?

Help! I need an expert.

How do I fix my send page by email & send link. It is greyed out. I have windows 7 & livemail. I have searched for months trying to fix it & nothing works. It used to work but one day it was no longer highlighted.

 

I can only send mail by using the send with live mail under the page tab.

 

I hate Live Mail.

I received an email from one of your expert and it did not work to recover all my old data.  This is making my life impossible.  As I already said, I am unable to see my old emails, contacts, music, either I am NOT RECEIVING ANY NEW emails. You are the experts and are making this mission impossible.  I receive an email from my personal provider which IS att.net and I try to  follow all the instructions and nothing happen.  I use to have Hotmail as my private emails and now everything has been disappeared. I have been trying and trying in order to find out the way to get back to my old emails and have not been successful.  I went to Hotmail as it has been explained  to active it step by step and it says it is working, but if it is working, why I am not receiving any longer my new emails? Then it shows up Outlook and it says it working, but at the same time  it mentioning (if you have if I have a Yahoo Mail Plus account and indicating if I have already PAID for Yahoo) Well, I have an email with att.net which brings me to yahow emails.  Really, this is so complicated and only an expert  should help people like me that not are not an expert with computers  

 

I wish from an expert to guide me step by step to get back TO all my OLD emails, contact, pictures, music and addition Emotions Faces.  I loved this portion to be set up again into your my emails and I am sure that some people too

 

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE WILL BE ABLE TO HELP ME TO RECOVER MY EMAILS AND ALL THE OTHER ITEMS ISSUES.

Dear,my Mac office outlook trash folder have met a problem.One email have problem cancelled in the mac office2011
outlook trash folder.When click the cancel button,the outlook will be re-install,could you guide how to slove this
problem.

Quick solution:emtpy all eamils in trash folder or rebuild the trash folder? What's the rapid solution?
Slow solution:Rebulid the database.
Could provide some instructions?

I am trying to create a smart folder that both looks into my Inbox folder and Sent E-Mails folder to surface flagged e-mails?

Is this possible? It seems adding two filters for Folder are AND concatenated so the result set is always empty.

I can really search in all e-mails as I have many sub folders I want to have ignored for this search.

Outlook 2011 – Error 19999 with a modified calendar entry…..shared calendar issue!!!

I have opened a few shared calendars and I obviously have tried to do something in the shared calendar I didn't have permissions to do.

Now I CONTINUALLY get:

Error

Permission Error. Changes to the event "Ask the expert session - Microsoft" could not be saved because you do not have the appropriate permission.

This appears every minute!

The only way to stop the error is to close down the shared calendar which I can't do. I need it.

Also why on earth when you have permissions to view a person calendar does Outlook 2011 think I can send mail in their behalf. Doesn't make sense.

PLEASE get some of the Office 2010 devs to work on Office 2011. It is a crippled product.

Received a short video sent from son of granddaughter, opened it and then forwarded to many friends ....all received this OK .Forgot to 'save'  video and now cannot recover emails containing video  from my 'sent'  page to enable me to 'save' Please can anyone explain how I can do this. In simple words please as I am no expert at all .....................Many thanks, Jean
