Error message in outlook.com hotmail account “Explore has encounter a problem and needs to close”

Every time that access my Hotmail account thru out look I am getting this massage "Explore has encounter a problem and needs to close" Explorer is OK when I surface the internet is only in Outlook the problem, my antivirus software does not detect any problems "Norton"
