My hotmail account is showing a error message tha account dose not exsist when trying to log in and axcess my email account

since using xbox live i have had a problem geting into my hotmail account. when i go to sign in for hotmail and enter my email address and password the error message that comes up is email account does not exsist.

i have spoken at lenth and they can not fix or explain what has happend  can anyone help.

 

"Your account has been blocked" – I can not sign in!

I am not able to verify my account using the second email address I provided because I no longer have access to it. I haven't used the second email address for years.

 

Plus there is no phone number registered on the account.

 

Plus hotmail customer service is invisible or does not exsist - to help.

 

 How else can I verify my account?
