my windows phone under messages settings had facebook chat back up on, i have since turned this off and have deleted all my messages via facebook and outlook but they still remain on my skydrive. how do i delete these?

I was trying to reconnect my Facebook account with Outlook.com. Yet, I can just view my updates and notification via the People Apps in Windows 8.
I can't connect to Facebook Chat and it was giving me such a great trouble. I was unable to chat using my Windows 8 Messaging Apps all the time since I can't connect to Facebook Chat.

May I know what's the problem? Is this a bug or else?

Hi,

 

the facebook chat option in outlook.com is fixed to off even I have clicked ON for a dozen times. My computer, and my phone are also affected by this problem for none of my contacts from facebook is online. I have already removed and added my facebook account from and into my microsoft account for a lots of time already, but the problem still exits. If you need more details, I'm sorry, there's none. There isn't any error codes or anything. Just 'your contacts are all offline'. Please help as soon as you can. Thank you.

I have been using facebook chat here for a couple of months now. It was just last week when I couldn't sign in. It keeps saying "signing in" but it never really does. I've tried signing in using different PCs and it's working. The problem just happens on my computer. What should I do? Thanks.

I've an issue with the facebook chat on my Windows 8 PC & Outlook.com messenging. Facebook messenger works fine but messages I sent are displayed twice or duplicated. But my friend did not see the duplicates. I've tried all the fixes suggsted on microsoft community (removed facebook account that's linked to my Hotmail account). But no luck. Please correct the issue ASAP.

Facebook chat not working with built in outlook messenger / Lumia 620

Hi I have an account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and have connected facebook to it. All the permissions has been given to the app in FB and in the live.com account. But i cannot see my FB online contacts in the built in messenger. i noticed I cannot enable the facebook chat ON button. As a result the integrated messenger on my phone (lumia 620) is also not working. Please provide a solution. I have created another outlook.com account and still not able to use the chat.

My facebook chat remains offline instead of my attempts to switch it on.

I have tried alot to switch my Facebook  chat as Online but it never has. The problem is not with my Gmail contacts.
I can switch my Gmail Chat to online or offline the many times i want but I am unable to do so with my facebook  chat.
The same problem I am facing in my Windows 8 phone (Nokia Lumia 520) and in the phone both the Facebook  as well  as Google contacts appear offline to me.
Kindly give me a working suggestion because I have already tried most of the suggestion related to this problem.

         not working Facebook chat in my Nokia lumia 720 from the 1st day . please send me the proper way to solve the problem . i am very upset about that ! after contact the Nokia care Delhi, i format the phone , reset the phone , and every thing i do what they was says to me . but the problem not solved. after that i sending this email to you. please solve the problem .
