My emails were erased

I signed in when the email system was changed to the new format, and none of my emails are there.  I have looked through the forums and see this has happened to a lot of people.  This is really upsetting, as I have saved many emails over many years, some from family members no longer around.  

Some of the supposed possible reasons are inactivity, but I have signed into my account multiple times over the past 365 days.  My account has not been hacked.  For whatever reason it appears as though they just did not get transfered over.

How do I get these back?  The other messages on this topic have a hotmail person answering ,saying they will private message the person with the issue.  How do I get in touch with someone>????????????????

New emails not showing up in their own spots

I've been having this issue since yesterday:

Example:

My family members send me a group email with a few CCs (all family members) and I respond.

My friend, Joe, emails me and his email shows up in the thread of email that my family has sent me previously.

That's happened with 2 of my contacts. Emails from people who were not included in the CCs of my family's emails show up in the wrong place. I have since signed out and restarted my laptop but the same thing keeps happening.

Hi.  My family members run Windows 7 Home edition on a laptop and I have updated family safety because I wasn't getting any reports of Facebook usage.  Version 2011 (Build 16.4.3508.0205).  I have refreshed the filter and it tells me I have the latest settings.  I have turned the filter on and off and restarted the laptop a number of times.  I have turned on the "warn on adult content".  I am still not getting any reports on Facebook usage despite that everything else is being reported accurately.  Please help!!

Accessing Skydrive files from emailed links

I have been uploading family history files to Skydrive and have been progressively sending links to family members over a period of time. Is there an easier way for them to return to the shared folders at a later period of time than having to locate the original link? I am not a user of Facebook. Thanks.

Someone is using my mom’s information to ask for money from my family members!

I'm not sure how they got my mom's address book.

This isn't even her email address. Someone created it using my moms name and is email all of my moms contacts asking for money! They have intimate knowledge of my mom as well mentioning her cancer and asking her sisters and nieces for money!!!

Since it was never her account to begin with I have no way of knowing the recovery information. This could not happen at a worse time considering my mom's situation and the fact that she really doesnt have money, I'm afraid family may send money to this stranger!!!


Thanks in advance for your help. I can give anyone the email address and the email if you feel it will help resolve the issue. I need this person to stop.

Child account missing from familysafety dashboard (family list)

I have 2 children and for some puzzling reason, one of my child accounts is not showing in the list of family members in the FamilySafety dashboard. Both accounts were created by me on the same day following the same steps. I recall being prompted for each account that this account needs parental permission before continuing. I went through the steps and afterwards was able to log in to each account.

These accounts are used by them with their XBox live accounts. Is there some way to re-associate the missing account as a family member or did something happen that this account is no longer considered a family member? Neither child is over 18.

Suggestions on where I can look to correct the issue? I would like to not recreate the account as I probably won't get the same email address again.

Requesting Assisting- Creating Additional E-Mail Accounts for Family Members

I have my own existing Hotmail (outlook) e-mail account and I am now trying to create additional e-mail accounts for other family members? Can you provide me the necessary steps?  I attempted to follow directions ("How to add an account in Windows Live Mail") but only got through steps # 1 & 2.  I am not able to Click the "Accounts" tab and then click e-mail in step # 3 as it is no where to be found on the screen after I already typed Mail (in step 1) and click Windows Live Mail (step # 2).

Autocomplete doesn’t work on IE 10 when signing in to hotmail

I have just upgraded to Internet Explorer 10 and when I sign in to my Hotmail I have to type in the entire address each time. There are 4 family members using the same computer so I don't want it to keep me signed in. I just want to type in the first letter and have it fill it in for me like it did yesterday when I was on IE 9.  I have gone to the internet options and made sure all of the auto complete buttons are turned on.
