Photo Gallery : Sharing tagged images

I have a considerable number old family photos that I have tagged using Live Photo Gallery.  I want to distribute these images with the tagging to my family.

I have tried to burn the images to a CD / DVD but when opening the images none of the tags showed up even when using my own PC.

The same happened when I copied the images to a USB flash drive.  I dare not think what use I have of backing up the images to an external HDD.

How can I share these tagged images with family members (all of them having installed Live Photo Gallery)   ?

first i am trying to design my own family tree in windows word 2010,i have all my family photos in photo gallery,

now i need to take out a person head and face from a crowd ,then send this person to my microsoft word ,so i can add it into my family tree,

now how do i begin,i have the photos on my picture documents ,which i can find on the left hand side of my photo gallery ,can you help me from there please.

Is facial recognition info and / or tag info saved to disc?

Hello... I would like to make a photo BluRay dvd(s) of many, many family photos I have scanned and identified the people in and am not sure which Windows program is best to use and if all the facial recognition and tag information is saved to the dvd with the pics as this is being done???  Looking for some great details on how to accomplish this VERY important Genealogy/personal project!  Thanks to anyone who can help!!!

skydrive cannot sign in

Hi,
In chronological order:
--got & used new skydrive account this year--sent links to family for photos about 3 months ago & no problems
--tried to sign in yesterday, but error read "account has been temporarily blocked" (mentioned about junk messages or violating the agreement) -- we don't know why since it's just some vacation & family photos on there
--we tried to reset password--didn't work, tried to get a code--got code by email & we were able to "edit" our account (added another ph.# to receive text), but cannot get any further into the website...i.e. to view the photos
--we clicked on "close account" but not sure if that even worked, so emailed support team (they didn't answer that question) & at first said we didn't have an account; subsequently they just mentioned about resetting password, & finally about asking the question on this forum
--today we have tried resetting password & getting codes several times--going in circles
We connect by using the website skydrive.live.com (we do not have an app installed).
We do not have a hotmail account.
Help please!

missing mail

all folder are missing and all emails. the folder contained family photos, banking and credit card info that can not be replaced. i need all this back!
