Skydrive doesn’t upload with Family Safety Enabled

Hi - I have family safety enabled on one of my accounts.  Prior to upgrading to Win 8.1, skydrive upload worked great from my PC.  After Win 8.1 install, skydrive upload no longer works.  What I've found is that when I disable family safety on the account, upload works fine.  I've turned off all features in Family Safety - without fully removing it from the account - and I still can't upload to Skydrive.  When I remove Family Safety from the account, I am able to upload to Skydrive without issue.  

Any ideas?
