On my account that i used about 8 years ago appears that i cannot see emails since my parents apparently haven't completed the family safety settings and when i go to family safety settings is appears: the page doesn't exist, has been moved or is not available.
Ok, well I guess I am next on the "The page you have requested does not exist, has moved, or is temporarily down." problem. I have two of my three sons accounts sending me on this dead end chase. I think I have a pretty good idea of what information you need, just send me the private message link and I will submit:
You would think that with all the problem reports that I have found regarding this exact issue, there should have been a resolution as to why the page is offline by now...?

I originally created my daughters account for Xbox, when she was younger. I now want her to be able to use the e-mail, skydrive, etc. She gets the following error "Your account is not ready. It looks like your parent hasn't finished setting up the Family
Safety settings for your account", when trying to access e-mail or people. She is able to access skydrive. I have removed her from the family safety, but she is still unable to use the e-mail through live.com or outlook.com.
I have been trying for 2 days now to get my son's account setup through family safety. When my son logs in, it say "Account no ready" and tells him he needs to go to family safety settings and get parents permission. It asks me to sign in which I do and
then asks if I want to let my child use the Microsoft Account. I say yes and it wants to change my credit card. I give the info and it says "There's a temporary problem, try later". How do I get around this. I can't even access his profile to change his age.

I set up Family Safety on our Windows 8 PC and our surface RT. Everything looks good and seems to sync the two computers, but in reality if my son uses the Windows 8 PC, that time is not deducted from the RT. I want him to have a total of 2 hours per day across both machines, but it seems he has 2 hours on each. Anyway to make sure they take time out of both?
My son cannot log into his hotmail account he gets the message your account is not ready, family safety settings not finished. When I click on the link to finish the settings it brings me to a page that errors out.
