Logging into Family Safety to alter my sons curfew hours yesterday,  I was confronted by a new looking screen I hadn't seen before.

The blue Family Safety toolbar that runs right across the top of the screen obscures information, and when I go into my son's account and click 'Curfew" and alter his times there is no 'Save' button below the table, only 'Allowed' & 'Blocked'. (See screenshot below)

I suppose my main question is, how do you now save the changes you make to curfew times?

Also, why did the screen appearance change?

I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium SP1.

My daughter account is blocked or not accessible with the following error:

The page you have requested does not exist, has moved, or is temporarily down - when I click on family Safety setting.

Does anyone to the resolution/fix for this?

I am new to Family Safety.  My son is going places that I don't want him to go and it's very frustrating.  You can see my settings here, but I am not getting any emails with reports or requests.

Win 7 computer

My hotmail account is listed as the parent.

What am I missing to get this report/request?

Running windows 7
Setup family safety following the Microsoft instructions

Under web activity the only site reported is one that has been blocked. All other access is not showing. What needs to be done to show all web activity? The ids are setup correctly and reporting fine for a blocked website.

Why am I receiving late-night “Pending action” emails from Family Safety, requesting access for my child’s account to a website, game or app, at a time when I know my child is sleeping?

Hi Leonard,

I have the same issue now -

My son's account can't access Outlook and People with the error

"Your account is not ready
It looks like your parent hasn't finished setting up the Family Safety settings for your account. Click "Go to Family Safety settings" to finish the process and get into your account."

There is button "Go To Family Safety settings" - it just redirects to generic help page about how to setup family safety http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/set-up-family-safety

However he does have access to Skydrive and Calendar with no issues.

His account was transferred from a regular LiveID account (non-msft domain) to member account of Microsoft Live Domains recently.

What have I tried so far:

Removed everyone from FSS web site and disable family safety on windows machine.

This did not have any effect on the issue. Even though everyone (me, my wife and son) were removed from FSS page and FSS disabled - the error message listed above when attempting to access outlook persisted.

Then I added him back at windows phone.com web site and re-activate family safety on windows 8 machine.

Then went to FSS and disabled every restriction possible.

Still getting that error.

I've contacted support via chat and they've recommended to reply to this thread.

Please suggest.

Thanks
Alex

my son's email: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I logged in to family safety settings on win 7 and we changed his password, but that did not resolve the issue. I also tried this link from this user JMH3143. MS - MVP. replied on

I would like to use family safety to monitor and filter student accounts.  Can I create groups, such as 9th grade, 10th grade, etc.?

Thanks for any suggestions you can provide
