Can’t view SkyDive folder contents with Family Safety filter enabled

I have set up regular user accounts monitored by Family Safety for my family. I recently uploaded a few family vacation  photos to my SkyDrive account, and shared it with my family's user accounts.

 

When my family tried to view these photos with their SkyDrive accounts, they get a message saying "Web content from byfiles.storage.live.com has been blocked. Ask to view blocked content.". I have to turn off Family Safety to get them to view content.

 

The current Family Safety settings are:

Web Filtering: Online communications

Game Restrictions: Up to Mature

 

What do I have to do to enable my family to view my shared content (which is safe content), without turning off Family Safety? Is byfiles.storage.live.com a server hosting restricted content? Why is my content wrongly flagged as restricted?

 

 

Email problem

When I open my daughters email account it keeps saying "Your account is not ready It looks like your parent hasn't finished setting up the Family Safety settings for your account. Click "Go to Family Safety settings" to finish the process and get into your account" This happens every time I log in am able to use skydrive and calendars but unable to go into outlook. I have tried family safety settings and unable to fix the problem I end up deleting my family safety account and erasing it from the pc and still unable to see her emails

Error on accessing outlook.com from the Family Safety Account: “Your account is not ready…. It looks like your parent hasn’t finished …..”

My son is trying to access the outlook.com. His account ( @live.com) is under the family safety.


After typing the user name and password, he gets an error message ""Your account is not ready.... It looks like your parent hasn't finished setting up the Family Safety settings for your account. Click "Go to Family Safety settings" to finish the process and get into your account." 


And clicking on the link takes him/me to "The page you have requested does not exist, has moved, or is temporarily down."


I removed the web filtering from his account by logging in using my account but it did not solve the problem for him.

PLEASE HELP, I cant access my mail box. Family Safety issue.

My E-mail account is stuck in family safety for over a year.

" *** Email address is removed for privacy *** "

 

PLEASE I need my E-mail

I can access it but it gives me this message every time:


 

" Your account is not ready - It looks like your parent hasn't finished setting up the Family Safety settings for your account. "

 

and when I try to go to Family Safety it gives me this:

 

I dont know where the family safety came from, cause I never used it

PLEASE remove the family safety from my account.

Web filtering is not working on my Family Safety.  I started suspecting it wasn't when inappropriate ads started coming up, so I tested it.  I can search an inappropriate topic, go to the site and see images immediately.  What's wrong?  It says it is on and on the general setting that blocks these sites!

Can’t access Outlook for Kid Account

I am unable to access the Outlook emails for the account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. This account was initially created as a kid account associated with my main email account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as the parent. I get the following message below anytime I try accessing outlook for *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

It looks like your parent hasn't finished setting up the Family Safety settings for your account. Click "Go to Family Safety settings" to finish the process and get into your account.


I have remove the associated from my mail email account but I still can't access the emails for the Kid account. Please help me outlook email for *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account a rmake it a egular email account without any permissions from *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Family Safety does not report websites visited

The website activity is not being reported. It does show some visits to msn.com and bing.com but the 10 or so actual sites visited were not reported. In the apps and games section it shows internet explorer used for 10 minutes along with several other programs.  The PC activity looks to be accurate. 

Activity reporting and the 3 subsections are on. All other sections in the Overview are off. I'm using Windows 7 with Family Safety 2012.

Any ideas of what the problem might be?

Your account is not ready – Child Account – Family Safety

I am having a problem that it seems other users are having, but I am not really seeing the steps to resolve.  I have three child accounts link to my account in Family Safety.  When my son tries to access his email he gets the following error: "Your account is not ready. It looks like your parent hasn't finished setting up the Family Safety settings for your account". 

I have checked all settings, and everything seems fine.  I have also tried to access his email on multiple computers.

Furthermore, it indicates to click the My Family Setting button, and once I do I get an error stating that the page is not found.

His email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

I am sure that this probably pertains to the other two accounts that I have as well, but they do not really use their email.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
