My groups are no longer listed when outlook replaced hotmail

I used to have 5 distinct groups I could click on to send an email to.  They have disappeared and I get some STUPID favorites list that is NOT my favorites list at all.

How do I get my old Hotmail screen back?I also can not get to my favorites list

I want my old screen back,Outlook sucks.My favorites list is gone also.Help!

In the last hour without notice hotmail changed to outlook. in the process it wiped out my favorites list, menu bars, and changed the screen size . How do I get my information back?!!!

In the last hour without notice hotmail changed to outlook  in the process it wiped out my favorites list, menu bars, and changed display screen size.  How do I get my information back/  How do i cut and paste or do all the menu bar items?  Help!!!
