what is the max file size for an attachment on email received through Hotmail. I am not getting my attachments from my colleagues. HELP.

I am unable to attach a File/doc/photo when am trying to create a new Mail past 2 weeks. Its showing error like internet connection is slow, But my internet connection is fast.

how to delete outgoing mail that exceeds file size?

I tried to send four emails, each with a large file that, apparently, exceeds the file size. Everytime a Send/Recieve happens, Outlook tries again to send these files.

I want to DELETE the files from the Outbox, but don't see the outbox in the file structure (on the left).

Help?

One of my users has an occasional problem with sending Word documents via Outlook using File -> Share -> E-mail (as Attachment) - it usually works, but often doesn't. When I looked at the problem this morning, it was also occurring with Excel, but I didn't try PowerPoint. Outlook is definitely set as the default email application, and I switched it to Apple Mail and back to Outlook with no effect. Because it's sporadic it doesn't seem to be a preference file problem, but I'll try that next. Anyone have any other ideas? Thanks!

You can only have 10 attachments. Please remove some files and try again.

I have added 5 new contacts to a group (already existing), but these do not appear when I select that particular group in the drop down catorgories when I am sending a new group e mail. Where are they? This new ' people' file does not seem to integrate properly with my email.

Hi,

I have a mac os x v10.6.8 running outlook 2011. I would like to change the default sounds scheme for reminders. Please help me. In outlook 2010 for windows I can easily browse to the sound file and it done. On the mac, it doesn't have an easy way of simply choosing another file.

How do you Transfer Files or Create an MBOX File from Outlook???

ANSWER:
Just drag the folder from Outlook to your desktop and it will become an MBOX File.
If you want to convert to Entourage . . . Then drag that file from your desktop into Entourage!
