Windows Live Mail export only export the first message in my folders NOT all the emails!!

I am amking a backup of my emails.

 

When I used the export function last time, all the emails were copied but now ONLY the first email in the first folder of the ones I have selected...

 

I have tried several times, no luck...has this happened to you as well??

 

What did you do to solve the prob?

Este problema se viene suscitando hace unos 20 días, con breves interrupciones en las que permite abrir el archivo de correos enviados... Recientemente Microsoft me comunicó haber solucionado el problema y aquí está nuevamente.

how do I remove a contact name from the “to” drop down box

I have successfully removed a name an email address from the contacts folder,
BUT it is nto removed from the drop down box in the address bar "to" when I want to send a new email.

In case this doesn't make sense, let me explain:

I have removed Helen Brown from my contact list and when I wish to send an email to anyone at all whose entry in the contact list starts with "H" then the drop down box that imediately shows (to save me having to type the full address) not only shows other contacts whose entry starts with "H" but it still shows the entry for Helen Brown, which I had deleted from the contact list for my Inbox.

Please: How do I remove the name from the drop down box ?

How do you stop the “Your Messages Are In Your POP Folder” dropdown appearing across the top of the Hotmail page? It’s a nuisance!

I have other mail programmes that take email in my Hotmail account to display on other devices. Just recently, Microsoft have obviously updated that functionality and now force a POP folder in the Deleted folder of Hotmail. This is designed to keep any emails that have been used by another email service. A warning dropdown now displays at the top of the Hotmail page every time it is opened saying "Your Messages Are In Your POP Folder" with an option of making changes to how the 3rd party email service is able to interact with Hotmail.

 

There is no obvious way of stopping this annoying dropdown showing each time hotmail is run.

How can I retrieve a deleted mail in Hotmail even after emptying my Deleted items folder?

I can ‘t open folder “Deleted”, I try 1 week.

Deleted messages from folder today (12/26/12), not moved to Deleted. Any way to get messages restored by Hotmail?

My mistake, normally do forced delete on Deleted folder to keep clean, just did it on good folder.  Any way to recover messages recently deleted that have not been moved to Deleted folder?  This was just done on 12/26/2012.  Hoping to recover messages from Finances/ebay if possible.  The affected account is

Unable to access folder I created. Please help

I can't access the folder that I created.  Hotmail keeps showing this message whenever I clicked on the folder.

"Hotmail wasn't able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report.  If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Hotmail. "

This problem has persisted for a week.  Please help.

Can contacts be edited?

A lot more complicated is fixing the Contacts than editing Folders.  Why?

I have to fix up one persons email and guess what: it's nearly impossible.

compare to re-titling a folder.
