I have a folder with 300 emails that I need to send the same email reply to. How can I reply to all of them without individually emailing 300 people? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I've just accidentally deleted an important email containing an Xbox Gold redemption code from my deleted messages folder before having used the code!! Is there a way to get it back please? I've read that the microsoft staff may be able to help?
I have a number of important emails that have been put into the junk folder and have been deleted before I have had a chance to read them.  Using 'recover deleted items' does not bring anything up, is there anything else that can be done?

A few days ago (6), to clean up my inbox, I deleted many old emails in my inbox from several (commercial) sources.

I think I chose a wrong option because new emails from these same sources are now going to my junk folder.

How do I have new emails (from these sources) go to my inbox (as they did before) ??

In my version of 2011 Outlook for Mac the Deleted email folder is called Trash and will not empty when quitting Outlook even with schedule to empty.  I can only manually delete emails in this folder.  However when I mark an email to be deleted (from another folder) it does not show up in the Trash folder.
My emails are gone from my hotmail account. I first noticed on my iPhone when it would only load daily received emails, all old emails no longer showed up on my phone. So when I logged in on my computer all emails are being deleted daily I realized because my deleted folder included the previous days emails which I never deleted. What's going on and how can I retrieve these very important emails???
What setting does one use when replying to a message to keep it in the same folder the original note was in?

Hope this make sense.

Thanks...Dan
How can I mass delete emails from my junk and deleted folder?  Takes too long to highlight and delete 7 or 8 at a time.
Office for Mac, 2011
In Outlook my Junk e-mail folder indicates it contains one junk email when in fact there are none.
How do I correct this error?
thanks
Brand new MacBook Pro with new installation of Office for MAC with all the latest updates.

With Outlook 2003 on my old PC, I had a UNREAD MAIL folder which showed the unread mail and the folders they were in (sent to the folders via a rule.)

How can I replicate this in Outlook 2011?

Note: Outlook .pst file was imported from Outlook 2003 (PC) into Outlook 2011 for Mac

Thanks...Dan
