Recover deleted folder

Dated back on 10 August 2013, I have my Windows Live Mail creating duplicated folders on my laptop. When I removed the duplicated folders, all the mails inside the original folders were empty due to unknown issue. 

I read the FAQ here but it does not work to recover the mail from the folders. 

On 13 August I have contact Microsoft and talked to Nicholas on Aug 13, 2013 11:15:15 AM EST, which he referred to contact my regional Microsoft subsidiary. 

The following day, I called up Microsoft Singapore to seek solution with Magaret Hansen. He provided me with the solution here, but it doesn't work out too. In the end, he requested me to post my question and request over here on 15 August 2013. I need to recover the mail as my insurance claim evidence related mail has been deleted and it need to be recovered to file my insurance claim.

Lost my folders in wlm when consolidating folders under each email account

I have 4 different email accounts in my wlm. I wanted to only use the folders under one of the email accounts so I moved all the info in each folder to the main account. After the folder was empty I deleted the folder in the email account I didn't want. When I updated the computer all folders were gone even from the main I account I wanted to use. The folders were also gone from my outlook account. Please can someone help me recover the folders???

does outlook delete messages from your folders? i know for a fact that i had a lot more messages in a particular folder than i do now. i did not delete them. did outlook?

In my outlook.com I made extra folders to transfer info from my inbox for safekeeping.  I now want to retrieve the emails I transferred to the folders and when I click on the folder to retrieve the info I receive a message stating:  "no messages from the last two weeks".  Please help as I now need to have those emails.  Pauline

folders do not change on other computers in the group

I have changed all folders in a group but only on my computer the folders have changed. On all other computers they still have the old folders. so other people of our organization are now working in old files. PLus every now and then an old folder pops up in my folders as well. how can we update?

How do I sync mail in my folders to my outlook accout on my Mobile phone if they are older than 30 days

I have outlook on my mobile phone and I have sorted mails into different folders some of the mail in the folders are over 30 days . Outlook Sync will only allow you to sync back  30 days  but want all the mail in these folders to be synced .  i have tried marking them as unread .

All my folders on hotmail have not transferred to outlook. How can I retrieve them. They were there last week on Hotmail. very upset about losing them

I logged into hotmail okay on Wednesday 7 August 2013. was unable to access my emails on Thursday. Was told my password was nor known yet it was okay. Finally I convinced them I was genuine after giving details of recent email subjects, some email addresses I have contacted and names of some of my folders. Now luckily I do have my friends' email addresses but all my folders have gone. They did not transfer. How can I retrieve them/ I feel really fed up about this.

Since being made to switch from Hotmail to Outlook, all of my existing Hotmail messages and folders have been lost in the migration.

Is there any way to get these back?  Are Microsoft aware of the problem and are working on a fix?  Or have all of the emails been lost?

incorrect sync iphone folders – deleted folders

The folders on my iphone never fully synced so I deleted them a couple of weeks ago as they showed up as empty. I have only recently logged into the server to check new mail (as I typically check the mail on my phone) to find that all of the folders have been removed from my outlook account, including the emails within them. It's too late for me to recover these from the deleted folder as they have been deleted, but again never showed up on my phone. Is it possible to recover these? The folders include years of important personal data.

iMac Hard drive crashed – recovering Outlook 2011 emails

My iMac 520 hard drive crashed. I was able to get most of the data off onto a new 1 tb drive. I've reinstalled Outlook 2011 and copied the email folders out of the identity folder. I see my email folders but none of my incoming emails. I do see all of my SENT emails. When I look at the Messages folder on my backup disk they appear in multiple folders 0-4K but now on my mac I only see folder OK. I've tried copying the folders individually and when it rebuilds, the emails do not appear in the folders. When I click on one of my messages on the back up drive, I get the following pop-up "Outlook cannot open the file because it is not associated with the default identity." PLEASE HELP?
