Windows Live Mail FAQ
I cannot open SOME of the emails in different folders. It appears to be completely random. How do I fix this problem. I seriously need to get at some of the emails which I have saved to my INSURANCE folder. My browser is Mozilla Firefox, and YES it's the
latest version. PLEASE help me !!!!

ive somehow manage to delete them all ..on finding the windows live mail folder in the operating system under local app data i have my folders listed and the subfolders but there all empty ! i see no recovery method here,are these e mails lost they go back
18 months ,operating system is windows xp with sp2 but these folders are listed as i had them but are empty. i did transfer quite a lot of mail to local storage,so my question is are there copies on the server to help recovery,are these lost forever..ive
used recuva but that's not found them either.

I used hotmail without problems for years. Then I was forced to login via Windows Live. Now entire folders have disappeared containing
much vital correspondence. Where did they go? Why? How can I retrieve them?
I have recently lost all my email folders and messages. I have followed the recovery instructions and the system appears to have gone through the copy procedure but all that appears in my account are several "Imported Folders" titles but there is nothing in th folders. Can you please advise ?
