I have a need to store emails received and put in folders on my active email for business and legal purposes.  Is there a way to do that and if so how?

I cannot access 3 Hotmail folders - Deleted Items and 2 more - for several days by now.

 

When trying, it says (in Russian) "Службе Hotmail не удалось обработать этот запрос. Майкрософт может связаться с вами по поводу любых проблем, о которых вы сообщите. Если это сообщение появится снова, перейдите на сайт Состояние службы, чтобы проверить, не сообщалось ли о проблеме с Hotmail." In English it would sound like "The Hotmail service failed to process this inquiry. Microsoft may contact you regarding any problem you inform of. If you see the message again, go to the website Service State to check whether a Hotmail-related problem was reported".

 

As these are rather important folders to me, I would like this problem to be solved.

Ican't seem to get any folders to load unless i keep hitting my refresh button every time ai click on something.I click on my inbox and it doesn't load .i than have to hit the refresh button to get it to continue.That goes for anything i try to do in my hotmail account.This is very annoying.How can i fix this problem?I think i may have to refresh just to send this message as hitting the submit button does nothing.

Hi, I've followed the steps to import everything from Entourage 2008 into Outlook 2011, selecting Main Identity, and all the checkboxes (folders, contacts, etc). 

All the folders have come across but they are empty. It appears all the emails have come across, but they are in the inbox, not filed in the folders. 

I definitely need the emails filed in the original folders. 2 questions:

1) is this a known issue? Or something I did?
2) if I need to import files again, is there a way to dump the emails that have been imported into my inbox? (I don't want duplicates)

I have deleted .olk14 files from my finder.  As a result I have screwed up Outlook and lost folders that had passwords, emails, etc.  Is there any way to recover these? My Outlook is not working either.  Do any of the recovery programs out there work?   I am sick about this!  I am using MAC OSX

I am amking a backup of my emails.

 

When I used the export function last time, all the emails were copied but now ONLY the first email in the first folder of the ones I have selected...

 

I have tried several times, no luck...has this happened to you as well??
