I have folders that have several sub-folders under them. My folders show up on the left panel, but the sub-folders do not. How can I make them display?
If I use outlook.com (but prefer not to) the sub-folders are there.
Any ideas??????

The only way I found out that my hotmail account had been switched over to Outlook.com is when Facebook informed me that my e-mail address was no longer valid!!!
Only when I tried to go to my Hotmail account to see what was going on, it wouldn't accept my password and I had to re-set it. When I eventually got in, I found out that my account had been automatically switched to Outlook.com and my Inbox was empty and all of my folders were gone!!!! Ten years worth of e-mails and folders!!!! GONE!!! GONE!!! GONE!!! No e-mails, no contacts, no folders, all gone!!!
Major fail Microsoft!!! Just like Windows 8, major fail!!!
I've copied my folders to my Skydrive using my old laptop running Windows 7. On my new laptop running Windows 8 I can see the folders on my SkyDrive but when I click on the folders they are empty. I want to access all files on both laptops.
All my emails and folders on my Outlook.com account were erased. Is there any way to recover them?
BTW it did it on its own. They were not erased by me. I have Outlook 2010 installed on my windows 7 computer (that's where I first discovered the problem)
I have SkyDrive desktop client on my 3 pc's and 2 android devices
it seems like the same files for the Pc's never have the same files and folders on them
PC1 Home windows 8.1 always on and connected to the internet
PC2 Work windows 7 always on and connected to the internet
PC3 laptop windows 7
example I moved a folder from pc1 to skydrive and when I get to work onto PC2 the folder is not there.
this is common and I am not sure why this is happening. pc2 is connected to a work domain and the other 2 are personal home pcs
can someone provide insight as to why the same files and folders are not syncing between all 3 pc's?
