I use GoToMyPC to log into my computer at the office.  When I logged in this morning, all of my email folders were missing.  I still have my inbox, sent folder, deleted folder, etc., but all the folders that I created and named, where I store my emails after I have read them and answered them are gone.  Any help would be very, very much appreciated!  I am running Outlook through an exchange server, I think.

Is there any way to move my saved email folders from AOL to outlook? I have 20+ folders with 20+ emails in each, so going through and forwarding them, as suggested in other places, just isn't a great option. Thanks in advance for your help.
I'm working on Windows 8.  I'm using Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 with Outlook.  I'm only trying to get emails/folders/calendar from a Hotmail (live.com) account.  The first time Installed I could only get inbox to sync.  Then uninstalled and re-installed.  I later googled to find this, http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_2013_release-outlook/subfolder-and-other-sync-problems-with-hotmail/9fa9dc29-1e03-49a5-b23f-51b80624ecb4?msgId=cca8f19e-8a6c-40a1-94b1-61390611661c and tried again.  It began syncing different folders, but still will not sync everything.  I am totally confused.  Can anyone assist?
I need to synch my main business folder called clients that changes a lot and I would need skydrive to handle the changes without housekeeping on my part. For instance:

There are about 2500 subfolders, one for each client file each containing unique files in msword, pdf, excel, JPEG etc even the files in the sub folders names change a lot as we rename to make them scroll in certain ways in a windows explorer list file screen.

Would skydrive keep all this straight with no housekeeping on my part. One of the biggest changes to keep straight is several files being renamed on the original file.

Maybe this is simple as Skydrive handles thousand of changing folders and sub folders and files by synching the rename as it happens...??

Thank

Murray
I can log in but cant access any emails, folders, delete, transfer to folders. It looks like Outlook is still thinking about what I want to do.

hello im having problems with my laptop and want to reinstall my window;'s was wondering if i could basically backup some files and folders on skydrive, If yes where do i save certain files and folders so that when i restore them back to they wont have bad file path's.. i currently running window's vista service pack  2  64-bit Gateway M-7351U

thank you

My hotmail/outlook account was hacked.

All my contacts were sent messges.

Outlook apparently moved all my emails and folders as a precaution. My contacts however still seem to have been unaffected nd were not also wiped.

I changed my password immediately after I found out and sent message to Microsoft/outlook explaining all the missing emails and many sub folders I had created.

Still no resolution from Microsoft and I m unable to work.

Thanks for ny assistance
