Windows Live Email Problem

Using windows live email - when i try to reply to an email, the following comes up "A problem occurred while trying to open this message" " A problem has occured, please try again.

 

Also, each time I log on to windows live email a box pops up asking to verify my account.

How to change the default color for body of email

I am facing the following problems in outlook ( on Mac ) -

  •  my signature is blue color but matter is in black. How to change the color of text while drafting an email, by default in blue color 

When I try to retrieve my email it is telling me that my sign in and password are not correct. How do I fix this problem?

When I try to retrive my email I am getting the following message.  Rejected my login.  Please verity user name and password a correct.  How do I fix this problem?

I cannot reset my hotmail account/password.

One of my users is getting the following error every three minutes or so in Outlook for Mac 2011, "modified occurrence is crossing or overlapping adjacent occurrence"
