I get a message coming up saying "A problem occurred while trying to open this message. A problem has occurred. Please try again".
Would appreciate some advice on what to do as it is driving me nuts!
I can send, forward and reply on my iPhone and iPad and through webmail.

I use the outlook.com email service. Initially it worked just fine. For some reason I n the past couple of months I have been unable to respond or forward emails. I have asked for help in the past with no avail. I am considering closing down my outlook.com service, but first I wanted to give it another shot at fixing the problem.
Actually, I really like the Outlook.com service as it allows be to consolidate multiple email addresses, but I am about to give up on that. Another note, seems that outlook.com wants to attached files (EML) to responses and forwards of received emails. I don't know if that is causing my problem or not.

I found the need to have a generic email account automatically forward emails to multiple recipients within our custom domain in outlook.com for notifications. I have noticed that outlook.com offering the built-in email forwarding feature to a single email address under more setting. However, I cannot find a way to forward to muliple email address.
Could anyone please give me a hand on this matter?

For a time I had emails that arrived to my outlook.com account forwarded to my company account. However, I've now disabled the option (as can be seen in the screenshot), but every email continues to be forwarded. I have no local rules set up in my installed version of Outlook 2013, so I'm not sure how this is still happening.
Any ideas?

i cannot reply to or forward emails on my laptop, ipad, or iphone. i am able to receive them only. my ipad/iphone keeps saying the user name or password is incorrect. i have reset my password, and am able to log into my hotmail account, but still cannot reply or forward emails......
