I am using WIndows Live Mail with Windows 7 Home Premium Operating system.

WHen I receive an email with photos embedded in the body of the email and FORWARD the Email,

the photos are not included in the forwarded email.

Please advise settings I need to use in order to be able to forward a received email

that has photos in the body of the email ( not attachements)

The enaails that I refer to are usually a series of photos with text above each

photo describing the photo. "Saving" the photos and then "attaching" them

to the forwarded email text .. does not place each photo below the

descriptive text.

PLease advise how to successfully forward emails with embedded photos.

Please help

My hotmail was hacked by someone claiming to be me and saying they had been mugged in Madrid and to send money. they sent this message to all my friens and contacts. They changed all my personal settings and forwarding email addresses - so it was not possible for me to verify who I am. I haave been trying in vain for nearly 3 weeks to get my hotmail account closed down. Microsoft has been absoultely useless at adressing this. They will not shut down my account. I have been humiliated and made to look foolish amougst colleagues. My advice is NEVER NEVER use hotmail if you want to have a secure account. They are hopeless. Can anyone tell me how to shut down an account when you cannot verify who you are?
For some reason my forwarding an email to another recipient is no longer working, any ideas on how to fix this?
When replying or forwarding an email (Via Inbox), the status icon on the left hand side does NOT display once the message shows that it's been successfully sent.  Any assistance on this matter is much appreciated.
When I forward my emails TO Hotmail FROM my IP email program most of my mail is marked as suspicious.  To recify this I have to add the email acct. to send/recieve in Hotmail.  The problem is it takes bet. 10 and 20 minutes for mail to get to Hotmail.  I use my IP email address to sign in to Windows Live and Hotmail.  Any solutions to this problem? Thanks.

Hi all,

I've been trying to close out my hotmail acct for a month now.  I signed up for forwarding all mail from hotmail  to the other acct   Everytime I sign into hotmail, there are more messages in my email inbox. Not new messages, but older one's and there are 50+ of them.  I don;t know where they come from. They are definitely my emails, but were they forwarded or not?

Hotmail only allows for forwarding 1 email at a time.  Isn't there any easier way to go about this?  It just seems to drag on and on.

Also, once I close down my hotmail acct, will the messages continue to be forwarded to my new acct?

Gee, years ago I could just pick up the phone and call a company and speak to a real person who could give me an immediate answer and I would be thru with this in five minutes instead of a month.  Companies have cut off access from their customers.  Now we have to resort to asking questions about the company from other confused customers.  Sometimes you get an answer and sometime you are left howling into the wind...............

Why can't we go to the source (the company who makes up the rules)?????

We've let the corporations get away with too much for too long.

I am replacing my wife's old XP machine with a new W7 machine.  I use Windows Live Mail for my e-mail. I plan to use Live Mail for her machine, too. The two machines are LANed via a cable router.

I would like to copy one e-mail folder (with some seventy messages in it) from my machine to hers without having to copy my own (huge) collection of messages to her new machine. Can this be done? How? (I can do this, I suppose, by forwarding each of the seventy messages, one at a time, to her machine. I'm looking for a simpler, more efficient way to do this.)

Many thanks, in advance.
