Even after updating my date of birth i still get the error as.Your account is missing a full name or birthdate. Visit account.live.com to update the required information, and try again.

This is when I try to login as a parent and give the permission to child

trying to authorise my sons xbox account after the recent upgrade. After I log in and click yes to give him access it says I need t visit acount.live.com to enter my full name and date of birth, but when I visit it and login, my full name and date of birth are there.

I'm lost as to what to do.

Any ideas?

My emails received via an mobile app (android,iphone) does not show my full name

Whenever emails sent from this account is received via a mobile app whether its outlook for android, android original email app, iphone original email app, it does not show my full name. However when it is viewed via desktop, it does show my full name. Please advise.

Kindly note that mt name is Sid Ali Smail and can't create email (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) with that name cause it contain the word "mail"

I receives an email supposed to be from Hotmail team It says I have a virus in my folders and that I have to submit my full name, user name, password, and country. Is this real or just a scam to get into your computer. It says I have 2 weeks to answer the email or lose my Hotmail account forever. I would really like to know since I am suspicious of anything I get like that Thanks in antisapation of an answer.

ON some emails I get, I hit reply and suddenly, I see,
From: the senders name
Date: Thursday, December 27, 2012 4:26 AM
To: my full name and email address
Subject:

Why am I seeing on this on the reply? I did not tell Outlook to reveal my full name to the person. I don't get it. Where is this being pulled from? thanks.

I recieved an email saying that i have a DGTFX virus in my files and that I need to upgrade to a DGTFX Anti-virus. It says I need to fill out my Full Name, username, passoword, date of birth and country or they are gonna delete my account so they dont get infected. Is this legit?? I called and got some help from a number .off my windows help and they guy took over my computer but it all seemed pretty legit. Im not really a gullable type of person but now I'm wondering

I'm trying to solve the below dilemma. My full name, "Patrick Russo", is entered correctly under Tools>Accounts, but it seems like gmail (communicating via pop) is affecting the way my name appears in each email. Any thoughts?

I've been getting email from someone that claims if I don't provide my full name, user name, date of birth, password and country I live in, hotmail will cancel my account. Is this legit or some type of hack job?
