Hi, I am currently one year on in a case with Glasgow City Council regarding a bus lane charge. I sent an appeal to the email address they provided, I never had a delivery failure notification and obviously therefore assumed that the email had been sent
and received. Glasgow city council to this day claim they never received my email and I have had my earnings arrested because of this. Is there any way I can get confirmation they received it? If it hadn't sent, would I not have received a delivery failure
notice? The email address is correct and I still have the email that i sent saved. I have had my local MP write to them, but to no avail, they simply state they never received it. This is extremely frustrating. Any help would be greatly apprecitaed. It was
