Problem with Outlook in Mac Office 2011

Nine times out of ten when I start Outlook it get a demand to insert my Google gmail password, which I do. Eventually it settles down and I can use Outlook. Any way to circumvent this problem? Is it possible to reinstall Outlook on its own, without interfering with Word etc.

Deleted Messages in Outlook

I'm using Google Gmail. Once I delete messages, they don't move from the inbox to the trash folder. They just hide and stay in the inbox. How do I get the deleted messages to go to the deleted messages folder?

Windows Live Mail

My Live Mail acccount is synced with my google gmail.    Every time I try to open Live Mail I get a Message saying my account is full.

How can I get in to delete everything.
