Google gave me an email address that I don't want & I can't get rid of it!!

I need help !
I am thinking of leaving GMail and Google Apps for Domains and moving all my email accounts into Outlook.com, as I have been impressed with the service and the speed with which features are added (like IMAP).

That said, I have an old Hotmail account with several outlook.com aliases and a new Outlook.com account with several aliases. I can not give any of these up and I need them all to be merged into one account. Google has a feature like this but I cannot find it on MSFT and it seems like it does not exist. Is there a way an admin can merge them?

I created a new Outlook.com account accidentally because during the goldrush for Outlook.com names Microsoft was not clear that we would not need to make a new account, so I (like many others) now sit here with two separate accounts.

Please help!

When you type Outlook into Google or Bing, the top answer is usually..................

http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/outlook-com/default.aspx

But, there is no way on that site for an Outlook user to actually sign in!!!

How stupid can the web designer be?

Please change it so that there is a simple "sign in" button for Gods sake................

I want to be able to chat with contacts from two of my Google accounts in Outlook.com, but as soon as I add one Google account, it removes the option to link a Google account.  Why can't I link two or more?
I have made many attempts in the past year to make my small business as seamless as possible. Basically my problem is this: I have 2 email accounts to be synced, mine and my bosses. They are Gmail accounts with a personal domain. I set up my bosses email with Google Sync that I view via Outlook 2007. My email address is set as a "delegate" for my bosses email, so it is listed in the "Mail Folders" section of Outlook, but there were no emails there.. I believe I had to be a delegate in order to change her contacts and calendar.  So, since I could not see mail,  I also set up a separate account within Outlook (I just did the normal Tools > Account Settings > New Account). So, the folders listed in Outlook look like this:

Google Apps: Bosses Email
My email
Google Apps: My Email

Problem I am having:
I want to take emails from MY account and move them into folders in my bosses Google Apps account. This way she will see the emails in her inbox, but she can also go to the folders to see them. When I move an email from my account to one of her folders, they sync with my account. So I basically move an email out of my account and it gets sent right back in there.

Let me know if you need any additional information to answer. I'm having a hard time putting into words what's going on. How can I make it to where when I move emails into her Google Sync folders it won't be forwarded back to me?
Has there been a resolution with the issues of removing Google contacts from Outlook.com People database.  I have even deleted my Google account in the hopes that I could then start removing the duplicate Google contacts but to no avail.  This is SO frustrating!
