You not only spy on me for he government but now you also require me to provide my phone number to you. Your justification is: "you need me to.." and give me 7 days to comply. I will give you a couple days to change your mind and if you do not, I will
close msn email account.
I have used hotmail for years and every time I try to email government or some other entity, in this last case, the VA, my emails do not go. They disappear. How can I fix this so that I can email anyone on the planet?

I need to send an E-mail to a Government Department , and the first two letters in the Address are in Upper Case. Each time I try, these two letters are changed to lower case, and my E-mail is returned by the Government Postmaster.
How can I send my mail please ?
