Every-time I try and update my email signature it does not update.
I have tried clearing all info to not display an email signature and yet it still displays my old one.
Any help would be great.
I have finally managed to create groups for my contacts with help from this forum. However when I try and email a group of people I can do it for a small group of 11 people but it won't let me send an email to another group which has about 200 people
in it. Is there a limit to how many people one can email at once? Thanks

The outbox is not being displayed.
I have an email stuck in the box and I can not delete.
In Windows I can go in the outbox and delete the email, but the mac does not have the option to outbox.
Can someone assist me with the outbox appear?

I recently got a new Mac. Transferred everything across from my old one. However, Outlook has constantly crashed since. I rebuilt the identity but it still crashes whenever I try to forward emails or use a signature. I did try creating a new signature
but it crashed again!
I'm not hugely technically savy so basic help would be SO appreciated.
I installed mountain lion and i am now unable to do a search in emails in outlook 2011. It gives no results. I read other threads which called for re-indexing outlook. i have re-indexed my computer twice to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I frequently send and receieve photgraphs via my email account. These are often large Jpeg files for magazines etc. Suddenly this week this is being blocked. Why has this suddenly happened? And if I follow the Help suggestion am I back where I was or

hi there i was wondering if there is a setting on how to change it from being all fuzzy so i can read it, and when i sign in it's the same i cannot read it at all ! any help would be appreciated !
