I agree with the two prior posters...I need to know how, under the "new and improved" contacts page (which really is NOT improved at all!) how to add/subtract names from my established groups, how to see who is in what group, how to e-mail to a specific group and how to e-mail to everyone in my e-mail contacts list. Also, how to rename groups. Where are the instructions to go with the new system???
Why have there been no responses from hotmail staff/techs. to these help requests?
When I sign into my hotmail account, it takes a very long time for it to load up besides the graphics missing. When it does load, I have been unable to open my emails.

My Hotmail account is very broken. I cannot always open e-mail and the views are all messed up. I have changed my password and tried both recommended workarounds. Neither has solved the problem. HELP PLEASE!

For no reason at all. I just downloaded some new messages ( send and receive) and I looked over to see that my 3, 213 messages are now gone. Also gone were my 3, 500 sent emails. using imac Microsoft Office ( version 14.0) did nothing strange, noting
at all, didn't move anything, can't find them at all.
