We have two hotmail accounts on the same computer mine is .com my sons is .co.uk my account is fine but my sons is reporting an error mesage

Outlook for mac 2011 keeps downloading old messages

I use Outlook for mac 2012 with the latest update – 14.2.4. I also use the latest OS on mac - version 10.8.2. Until a few weeks ago, I had an IMAP account with godaddy. I deleted the IMAP account and created a POP account because it started downloading old messages. Now the same issue has re-occurred with the POP account. This is quite frustrating especially when I have old 22,000 messages downloading again. PLEASE HELP URGENTLY

I have windows 7 and windows live email it has started to not download the message jus the message header. In the message area it says message has not been downloaded Click here or press space. I have tried both and nothing happens. Help Please!!

I can not get the e-mail to work. The screen is wizy wig, The inbox messages will not open nor can I get to any of sent, nor folders.

I went to a friends and used a PC to get to the OUtlook e-mail and was able to find the "return mail box to Hotmail" but it only worked on the PC. I still have no access on the MAC. How do I get it to revert?

I keep having problems accessing and receiving emails using WLM. It keeps saying that my password is incorrect when it isn't. It will be ok for a couple of days and then revert back to this message. I have the new version of 'contacts', where the names run down the left side of the page. I want to create a group. I named the group, but do NOT get a box to add member names to this group. (All online help sites I have searched explain using the OLD version.)
