Just started getting this on my home computer.

Only on one account.  The other account still works on this computer.

The account failing on this computer works fine on another computer using WLM and on my phone.

Tried removing and re-adding this account.  No luck.

Tried system restore to before the problem.  No luck.

Tried installing WLM 2012.  No luck.

Scanned for malware, no malware.

Since it works on another machine, it can't be the account.  Since another account works on this machine, it can't be the machine.  So, it must be some combination of the two, I suppose.

Starting last week, I  cannot reply to or forward an existing message or create a new message when answering email from outlook online from my home computer.  This occurs on only one computer and oddly with only one of the windows user logons available on that computer.  From any other win user logon on that computer, I have no such issue.  Thankfully, I can still reply to emails  from my phone and my Surface.

 

The affected computer runs Win 7.  The issue happens when I am accessing outlook.com from IE.  The computer has been scanned for viruses, malware, etc; none were found. 

 

I saw an answer to this same question for another person on the outlook community page that said try clearing  your browser's cache. I just finished clearing the browser's cache and the problem has not been fixed.

I have Hotmail on my computer but have upgraded to Outlook. Since then i have been unable to receive emails on my home computer and all my previous mails have disappeared also, yet they are available on my tablet.

Is anyone able to send me instructions as to how I can update my settings on home computer so I can use it, and if possible email this to me on *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

My work computer is a Mac and I run the latest version of Mac OS with Outlook 2011 (through the 365download for Mac).  My home computer is the PC version of the new Outlook 365.
When I get home and turn on my home computer, every day it says that I have dozens of new emails, it doesn't mark the ones I read during the day at work or on my phone as being read. 
Does anyone know what settings I have to fix to get it so that Work - Phone - and Home (Mac, iPhone, and PC) can sync to the latest emails that have and have not been read?
Using Windows 8.1 beta (mistake, but I'm stuck) and as of yesterday my emails are now downloading to the home computer.  I can access them online, but there are several I need saved to the computer (plus it's a pain in the butt to have to go through the browser just to read email).  I've deleted my cache, cookies and passwords three times.  I'm using the Norton 360 beta that works with 8.1 and haven't had a problem with email with the current iteration before yesterday.  HELP!
Phone company had me 're-set' my iphone messages and now when I delete a message from phone, it ALSO deletes from server at home computer.  It did not do this before, and I can't see how to change the setting.  Thanks

Hi, since my email account changed from Hotmail to Outlook I cannot open any emails on my home computer. However, others are able to open their Outlook email messages from the same computer.  I am able to open my messages from any other computer I have tried.  SOS

I have the Hotmail app Downloaded to my phone, works great! no problem. but is there  a way to make the changes such as deleting emails I dont want when Im on my HOME computer so the the deletions occur on my Android? I get tired of deleting 15 messages from Hotmail on my home computer, then end up having to make the same deletions on my Android phone

 

"live.com not responding" - only on home computer, yes I updated Internet Explorer - daily occurrence. Going on weeks now. come up with a solution rather than the one answer on every thread
