After the latest windows auto update on the weekend 13.10.12. My windows live mail 2011 won't open. Just says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close and notify you if a solution is available"
I am on windows 7 home premium and it was working fine the day before. Has anyone got any ideas with out uninstalling it and losing everything.
I have tried the auto repair option on program uninstall - it said it was successful but was not

I can't seem to find the step-up upgrade they talk about on the website. It seems that all I can do is buy a whole new 2011 Home and Business Suite...
I am transferring all of my data from a MacBook to MacBookPro and purchased a second Microsoft Office Mac 2011 Home and Business and I used all three licenses of the older version of the Office Mac 2011. I had two separate Identities on the Outlook MacBook:
(1) personal and (2) business, so that when I opened Outlook, I had the option to select which Identity I desired to open.
I have not been able to select two separate Identities on the MacBookPro, even though I copied both Identities from the MacBook into the Identities Documents folder, but am not able to open the personal Identity separately. Rather, both Identities have merged
into the primary business Identity. I then created a second account for the personal Identity, but that did not solve the issue.
So, how can I create a second Identity on the MacBookPro?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
In the last few weeks Live Mail is not downloading all incoming mails from my ISP's webmail to the inbox. Each time I open it up it is downloading some, others disappear completely, only to appear in the Mail inbox around 2 weeks later. If there are 4
mails in my webmail, 3 new ones get downloaded along with one old one, but all four disappear from my webmail so the problem appears to be Mail not my ISP webmail. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Live essentials several times but the problem keeps occurring. For
info I am using vista home premium 32 bit version. I am now currently using an old live essentials 2009 version which so far seems ok. but of course Windows update keeps trying to update to the latest version.
I have my own home business and send out monthly emails to all of my customers (over 500) and I am unable to send because it says I have reached my limit. How do I increase my limit?
I have contacts with both work and home addresses. I need to create a group with just their work address. How can I do that in the new format?
I have just installed Office fir Home and Business on my new i mac. I am trying to set up an outlook account. I can receive emails on it but I cannot send them and an error message - (Outlook cannot connect to the server. Verify that your computer is
connected to the network) - keeps coming up. I am connected to the internet and can receive emails, so why can't I send them?? - HELP! Thank you Fiona
Today MSN Live Messenger started consuming all available memory. I talked to a friend and the same thing's happening to them. It happens once you log in.

I bought a new computer. I added it to my home network and transferred data from my old computer to my new computer using the network. I started up Windows Live Mail on my new computer and used 'file import' to bring in my old email files. The 'import'
function saw and imported my 'Windows Mail' files (I used Windows Mail on my old computer through 2009, then switched to Windows Live Mail), but it couldn't see or import my 'Windows Live Mail' files. I know the old Windows Live Mail email files are there,
but I can't figure out why Windows Live Mail can't see them or how to import them. Any suggestions?
