I created a new folder and then selected several docs to move.  When I accessed "move to" my hot mail font changed to a small, practically unreadable font.  How do I change the font back

I am having trouble loading attachment to hot mail for about a week now

When I try to add an attachment it tells me microsoft may contact me and does not load pic or other attachment. It has been this way for about a week. 
This happens in hotmail.

I am getting the following email from MSN:  


"We Are Really Sorry for the  inconveniences towards your account.. This message is from hot-mail and we are sending it to all our user account owner for safety. We are shutting down some account and your account is among of this account so we need you to provide us the information below so that we can activate your account to avoid being closed.. Is this a legitimate email request from MSN Hotmail?

this is my wife hot mail because u gave me a link required to have a hotmail account and im asking for my password reset therefore i don't have access to my hotmail anyways again this is my wife's account  the number u provided me for this issues is RE: SRX1183829061ID  and my name is Richard S u should know the rest and i need u to communicate via my secondary email and ask me question about whats on my email account folders i can explain to u whats in the one any only folder i refer to in the id above and if u would only call me at  home which u have the number for or email me asking me the question and give me a email i will get a response from and not a unmonitored one i could clear this all up pretty dare fast i keep telling the ppl its old info there and i really forget to change it and will make sure i do now i tell u please please please help me with this issue

Los messenger de hot mail y yahoo no abren que puedo hacer? al tratar de iniciar sesión en msn hotmail a pesar de colocar bien el correo y la clave la ventana se queda en stand bye; al tratar de abrir el msn de yahoo sale un aviso que dice que falta Xmllite.dell, como puedo solucionar estos inconvenientes?

a few days ago i changed my pass word for hot mail and ended up wil a new account with new password and login name and emial add. i want to recover old emails for the old accont.

I had no bother changing my laptop or Tower PC to get updated Outlook but just do not seem to change it on my Netbook
I go straight to Windows Live mail which I have an Account too. My mail on my other computers does not show up on this one.

ive tried every thing . just find more people asking the same question on the web. tried going to start all programs .then there is no windows contacts like the web said. in hot mail at one time i could just right click and delete  the contact .they were of the list but could still contact you at a later date  i dont want to block these people .
