Have requested a password reset and get message that a message has been sent to my hotmail account but it never arrived.

I had to log into my Yahoo mail on my laptop and suddenly my Yahoo mail was no longer receiving emails. I have been able to correct the problem with Yahoo mail. I also think I have removed the virus from my laptop. However, the contact email that I had entered
for my Hotmail account was entered incorrectly so when I try to fix the problem with Hotmail I am unable to do so until 11-22-13 for some security purpose. I need to be able to send emails before that date. Can anyone help me?
Please help. I signed into my hotmail account today, and it automatically converted to an outlook.com account. Plus, ALL of my emails that I had saved in my inbox have been spontaneously deleted without warning. Some of these were very important to
me and I'd like to be able to get them back.
This is yet another disappointing action by Microsoft and another reason I am planning to use as few Microsoft products as possible in the future.

I've signed up to a forum using my hotmail email address and for some reason my forum profile picture comes up automatically as an image I uploaded somewhere on my hotmail account before. I can't remember how to change this image. To be clear, it is not
the same image you see on the top right when you sign in to your hotmail emails.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about and can anyone tell me where I can change that image?

My hotmail account was hacked on Friday and I have reset passwords, notified hotmail and my account is still frozen. Will I ever get access to it again and if so, how long does it take to reset??? Will I loose all my emails from Friday till today????

yesterday my instagram password got changed, so i sent the email reset link to myself, only to find that my hotmail account had been deleted, so i re-made it (used the same email address again) and now my instagram email won't come through, but my facebook
etc does, i have checked and i haven't blocked instagram from sending me emails, could someone please help? i can't reset my password through facebook as i didn't link my account!
The only way I found out that my hotmail account had been switched over to Outlook.com is when Facebook informed me that my e-mail address was no longer valid!!!
Only when I tried to go to my Hotmail account to see what was going on, it wouldn't accept my password and I had to re-set it. When I eventually got in, I found out that my account had been automatically switched to Outlook.com and my Inbox was empty and all of my folders were gone!!!! Ten years worth of e-mails and folders!!!! GONE!!! GONE!!! GONE!!! No e-mails, no contacts, no folders, all gone!!!
Major fail Microsoft!!! Just like Windows 8, major fail!!!
Today I have added a gmail account to my Hotmail account and I changed my password, I also attempted to use the authentication app to enhance security however this was not successful so I deleted the functions. 5 minutes later the webpage displayed 'your account has now been changed to outlook' and ALL MY EMAILS FROM THE LAST 15 YEARS OF MY LIFE HAVE DISAPPEARED. How and why has this happened ? I have tried recovering them but it says there are no emails to be found.
Is this because I added an alias to my account that everything has vanished??

Having a major panic attack, tried to check my Hotmail this morning and it has gone! I have searched on-line and followed all advice on how to restore this but nothing! Hotmail is my main e-mail account and I desperately need to access my mail, I have recently created an outlook account (when I purchased new laptop and had to!) and have tried to sync my Hotmail through that which has also failed, if anyone can offer any advice it would be greatly received.

Ever since my Hotmail account was switched to outlook I can't get pictures in my emails. I can't find a phone number to call Outlook for help. They do not provide any info as to how to contact them directly for customer service or help. No email contact or phone number.
This is not the way to do business. If anyone can tell me how to contact Outlook, please reply.
