Once again I am having password trouble!  When I open Windows Live Mail, It picks up emails from the accounts provided by my ISP, but it always demands a password before I can see my Hotmail emails.  It shows my Hotmail address correctly in the Logon window, and also my old password is already entered there.  I can replace it in the window with my up-to-date password, and everything then works; but however often I check the 'Remember password' box, the next time the window still shows the old password (distinuishable because it consists of more characters than the present one!), and I have to log on again.  In the end, this doesn't stop me doing what I want to do, but it is still annoying, and I should like to get rid of this glitch.  I am using Live Mail Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3522.0110), with Windows 7 Home Premium SP1.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm working with a company that has their own email server. I have always used hotmail, and sometimes I missed their emails because it do not come straight to my iphone.

I asked them to add my hotmail address to my company's email (or to merge my info) so I can received the work email to hotmail, and they suggest to do a POP in my hotmail account.

What is a POP? Will my private emails will be compromised? Can they hack my info by doing it?

Please help!

Can receive but Can’t send in Outlook.com

My wife's hotmail address will not send emails on our desktop machine. Or rather, it won't send most, but we did manage to exchange messages, though with some problems. Mine sends OK, but I could not post this message on the desktop, am using a laptop. Her address works fine on our laptop through same wifi connection. We have just had the desktop reloaded with windows, and it all worked fine at the repairers.
When she clicks send, the wheel turns for ages then stops and the message is still on screen. Sometimes - say if she tries to access a different folder (trash, sent mail etc) she gets 'page can't be displayed' message.

Browsing is not affected, and I can use my gmail account with no problems.

Any ideas, please?

My hotmail account has been hacked, since 3 am yesterday...someone sent mails to my contacts ask for money.


My hotmail address is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** i tried to reset my password but it said had already sent reset password to two email address not belongs to me. And i got a email says because of the two step verification setting that you're going to ignore my reset password request.

Hotmail Suddenly Not Send Any Attachments

My Hot was automatically switched to Outlook a few months ago, but I still use the Hotmail address. Everything was working properly until lat week whn Hotmail(Outlook) will no longer send any email attachments. I have Windows 7 64-bit anfd Internet Explore8 8. What should I do to get Hotmail to start sending attachments again?

I have just purchased a new laptop and have installed windows 8.1. I now can't see any of my emails (old or new) or have any contacts. I can still access everything on my other laptop logging in outlook with my Hotmail address but I only have that laptop for a few more days and need to get this sorted ASAP. I can't change my email address as it is linked to too many things.
